“HOERBIGER” is a 100 years old company with 7 manufacturing locations and more than 60 service centre throughout the world. Hoerbiger is engaged in designing, Manufacturing and servicing of reciprocating compressor valves.

HOERBIGER is the original designer and manufacturer of plate type valves most commonly used in ATLAS COPCO/CPT KPCL/K.G.KHOSLA compressors and has the patent of plate type of valves in its name. HOERBIGER is OE supplier for valves and its components to more than 262 compressor manufacturers worldwide including ATLAS COPCO/CPT, D/R, I/R, KPCL/K.G.KHOSLA etc. in India and even to M/s. CREPELLE, France who was earlier collaborator of K.G.KHOSLA and at present collaborator of CPT.

Hoerbiger Valve seats and guards are made from SS420 Material milled out of bar stock for perfect geometry of slots and further shot penned for more strength. All Valve plates, spring plates, Cushion plates are made from 13% chromium steel and valve internals are to be imported. Bending of arms of spring plates is done by special heat treatment process (Thermal bending) resulting in their longer trouble free operation. All valve assemblies are pneumatically tested on imported Hoerbiger Leakage Testing Machine. No Kerosene or liquid test is recommended by Hoerbiger. Hoerbiger valve assemblies are guaranteed for minimum 4000 working hours. Hoerbiger can also furnish inter changeability certificate, if required.
